ICCM is a company limited by Guarantee.  50% of the core funding is from the public sector and the remaining 50% is from the private sector. ICCM has the largest number of private sector members in Scotland.

ICCM's organisation is supported by its Board and the ICCM full and part-time employees.

Quarterly Board Meetings take place to allow ICCM employees to report on their progress on varying issues/objectives and to gain feedback on any current projects and issues occuring within ICCM and the city centre.
