info sharing

Safeinverness’ primary service is to collate and analyse intelligence and provide the relevant information to its members in order to ensure they have the tools to be safe and aware of crime.  Information sharing protocols are provided to all that sign up to the initiative and the use of radios are available in order for information sharing to be more accessible between the initiative, the members and the Northern Constabulary.

Incidents that occur, both day and night, can be reported to the initiative which will in turn be recorded in the safeinverness database.  The database draws together the regularity of criminals, their locations and associates.  The initiative works each month to compile the relevant information from the database into a monthly bulletin and deliver this to its members.

To report an incident please download an incident report by clicking here.  Then fax this through to the safeinverness office on 01463 227831.
